Jaguars' Marqise Lee (knee) limited in practice on Wednesday
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Marqise Lee (knee) was a limited participant in practice on Wednesday.
Lee has an ongoing knee issue, but hasn't had to miss a game yet. However, he will likely be matched up against Arizona Cardinals cornerback Patrick Peterson on Sunday.
Against Arizona, numberFire projects Lee for 3.8 receptions, 55.7 yards, and 0.5 touchdowns on 6.6 targets. That would get him to 10.1 FanDuel points.
Allen Hurns (ankle) remains out Wednesday for Jaguars
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Allen Hurns (ankle) was out at Wednesday's practice.
This isn't a good sign for Hurn's status against the Arizona Cardinals in Week 12. If he sits again, Dede Westbrook and Keelan Cole stand to benefit the most. Hurns has 36 receptions for 446 yards and 2 touchdowns on 51 targets in nine games this season.
If he plays in Week 12, numberFire's models project Hurns to score 6.9 FanDuel points at a cost of $5,500 on 4.3 targets, 2.8 receptions, 36.5 yards, and 0.31 touchdowns.
Jaguars' Leonard Fournette (ankle) limited in practice on Wednesday
Jacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette (ankle) was a limited participant in practice on Wednesday.
Fournette himself said his ankle could be an issue the rest of the season, but it shouldn't keep him out in Week 12 against the Arizona Cardinals.
In Week 12, numberFire projects Fournette for 16.8 carries, 75.8 yards, and 0.5 touchdowns, in addition to 18.9 yards through the air. That would amount to 13.5 fantasy points on FanDuel.
JuJu Smith-Schuster (hamstring) not practicing Wednesday for Steelers
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster (hamstring) didn't practice on Wednesday.
It's believed to be a minor issue and Smith-Schuster should be fine for Sunday Night Football against the Green Bay Packers in Week 12. He leads all rookies with 568 receiving yards this season and is averaging 8.3 targets per game over the past three weeks.
numberFire's models project Smith-Schuster for 4.7 targets, 3.2 receptions, 52.6 yards, and 0.28 touchdowns versus the Packers, which would yield 8.5 FanDuel points at a cost of $6,800. He's the WR37 in our Week 12 fantasy rankings.
Chiefs sign Darrelle Revis in attempt to bolster secondary
The Kansas City Chiefs have signed cornerback Darrelle Revis.
Revis got some interest earlier in the season from the Los Angeles Chargers, but nothing ever came of that. It will be interesting to see what, if anything Revis has left in the tank as a 32 year-old who has not played a down in the NFL since last season. The seven-time Pro Bowler will presumably start opposite Marcus Peters.
Our Week 12 models project the Chiefs defense for 23.0 points allowed, 2.1 sacks, 1.2 interceptions, and 0.7 forced fumbles. That's a net of 6.8 FanDuel points at a cost of $5,000 against the Buffalo Bills.
Brandon LaFell (knee) limited at Bengals' practice on Wednesday
Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Brandon LaFell (knee) was limited at Wednesday's practice.
LaFell should be fine for Week 12 against the Cleveland Browns. He has 34 catches on 54 targets for 340 yards and 2 touchdowns across 10 games this season.
numberFire's models project LaFell for 6.0 targets, 3.8 receptions, 40.1 yards, and 0.18 touchdowns versus the Browns, with 7.0 FanDuel points at a cost of $5,400.
